Heres how to do the Curtsy Lunge to Build a  Round Butt. The Curtsy Lunge is a great exercise to really isolate those butt muscles. Focus on sitting your butt back and really feeling your booty work. Once you have the form down add some weight and try this workout:
Do 10 sets of 6-8 reps per leg 2x per week (Mon & Fri, or Mon & Thurs, etc).
Start with a weight you can do in good form. Increase the weight 5-10lbs each workout. Rest 90 seconds between each set.
